Phase 1

We’re going to set you up with an unshakable foundation so that you can start to love yourself, love the present moment, and begin building a life you love – so that there’s nothing you want to escape from. Through increased awareness and self-discovery, you’re going to get some eye-opening insights into the emotional drivers behind your addictive behaviors and then you’ll release the beliefs and behaviors that have been keeping you stuck so that you’ve set yourself up to win moving forward.

Re-wire

Phase 2

✔️ Replace old habits with healthy new habits and routines

✔️ Eliminate negative self-talk

✔️ Build inner strength and discipline like never before

✔️ You’ll know how to satisfy your brain's reward centers in healthy ways

✔️ Be able to handle life’s stressors and triggers without resorting to alcohol

​​✔️ And get on-the-spot techniques for dealing with cravings as they arise.

Re-invent

Phase 3

✔️ Who would you be without alcohol holding you back and dimming your light?

✔️ How will you be healthier in mind, body, and spirit?

✔️ How would you grow personally, and professionally? As a friend, a partner, a parent?

12-Week Program Outline

  • Week 1: Acceptance & Awareness

Objective: Find out why they drank/used and the cost of it.
Content In Session: Practicing mindfulness, self-reflection, and avoiding external validation. Ask deep questions on why they drank/used, discover the underlying reason.
Exercises: Awareness Exercise, Cost Benefit Analysis, Acceptance Exercise

  • Week 2:  Beliefs

Objective: Find out what they believe in.
Content In Session: History of beliefs and how they got to believe what they believe now, what challenged their beliefs growing up, what would they like to believe in?
Exercises: Personal Values Card Sort, Perception + Reality Exercise, Beliefs Exercise

  • Week 3: Release

Objective: Find a way to release (let it go).
Content In Session: Are they ready to give up the fight? Dive deep into why or why not. Discuss ways to release that are good for them - what has worked for them in the past (that were healthy), and what new ideas they have that are healthy. Discuss potential new hobbies.
Exercises: Happy Place Meditation, Goal + WHY Exercise

  • Week 4: Discovery

Objective: Discover that they are where they are because of their own actions.
Content In Session: Ask questions that make them reflect and see what they could have done differently in every situation they encountered. Move through forgiveness for what they’ve done and forgive others for their mistakes. Say it out loud. Find out triggers, discuss them thoroughly.

  • Week 5: Discover Old Habits

Objective: Discover what their old habits are, become aware of them.
Content In Session: Dive deep into what their habits are, where they came from, and what purpose do they/did they serve? Discuss anger, loneliness, isolation, and harmful behaviors.

  • Week 6: Replacing Old Habits

Objective: Add, edit, delete old habits + Notice, shift, re-wire technique
Content In Session: Come up with new habits and why they will be good for them (tying it to their overall goal), anchor new habits to old habits, and use ADE and Notice, shift, and re-wire techniques.
Exercises: Habits - How To… Reading, Notice, Shift, Rewire Exercise

  • Week 7: Integrating New Habits

Objective: Develop new habits and integrate them daily until they stick. 21-90 days- habit sticks.
Content In Session: Continuation from last week, but focus on how they are going to implement the new habits and hold themselves accountable. Study a cue, a routine, and a reward and how habits work.
Exercises: New Habits Exercise

  • Week 8: Communication - With Ourselves and Others

Objective: Find new ways to communicate with themselves and others around them. First with themselves, then with friends and family.
Content In Session: Discuss affirmations, journaling, reflection and the importance of each of those when it comes to communication with themselves. Then discuss communication tactics for friends and family.
Exercises: Affirmations Exercise

  • Week 9: Self-Love

Objective: Find out how to love themselves. This may be through hobbies, work, extra-curricular activities, and the importance of making time for themselves to explore these..
Content In Session: Discover new hobbies and re-discover old healthy ones. Discuss how to love ourselves with our decisions, actions, and thoughts throughout the day.

  • Week 10: Morning Routine - 5 Step Process

Objective: Learn and implement the neuroscience-backed 5 step morning routine
Content In Session: Go over in depth the 5 step process, action plan to implement right away.
Exercises: 5 Step Morning Routine Exercise

  • Week 11: Maintenance

Objective: Teach Competency Mastery - how to do this on your own. Culmination of Awareness, Reflection, Action, and Follow Up.
Content In Session: Reflect on how far they’ve come since the beginning of the relationship.
Exercise: Reflection Exercise, Revisit + Re-evaluate Triggers Exercise (Week 4)

  • Week 12: Service

Objective: How can they be of service to the people directly around them?
Content In Session: Discuss options for service - who, what, when, where, why, how.
