Group coaching is a live, virtual session where clients come together to:
✔️ Learn new tools and strategies for getting and staying sober
✔️ Practice proven techniques backed by neuroscience
✔️ Share experiences in a safe, supportive, and confidential environment
✔️ Get live coaching and guidance on real-life challenges
✔️ Feel less alone in the process of change
Each session is led by Alex Garner, Certified Life Coach and creator of The Sober Reset —a science-backed, story-driven recovery framework that’s helped people rewrite their lives without relying solely on traditional recovery models.
✔️ Research shows that community and accountability are key to behavior change. Group coaching provides:
✔️ Peer Support: You’re not alone in your journey. Group sessions normalize the experience and reduce shame.
✔️ Continued Momentum: Sessions build on your 1:1 work, keeping you aligned with your goals.
✔️ Real-Time Coaching: Bring your questions, struggles, and wins—we address them in the moment with live feedback.
✔️ Evidence-Based Tools: We teach you how to cancel negative self-talk, eliminate cravings, and rewire your habits—right there in the group setting.
✔️ Frequency: Once per month
✔️ Format: 60-minute Zoom session
✔️ Who Can Attend: All currently active clients in the program
✔️ Privacy: Cameras optional. Sharing is encouraged, not required. Everyone agrees to maintain confidentiality.
